The increasing range of products and the difficulties associated with the transportation, storage and low durability of foods have led to the gradual introduction of new technologies and production processes. Also, choosing the food industry where demographic pressure and agricultural resources are unequal has been forced to improve the distribution and logistics processes of the food industries. An additional factor that still has a huge impact on the dynamic development of the food industry is the constant economic and marketing pressure; which is the food standard forcing them to constantly "fight" for new customers. This is because the food industry introduces new and more diversified products to the market with a large number of equivalents and substitutes. Global production of food products has been increasing over the past year. A significant part of this increase is attributed to the increase in demand for processed food and beverages, especially for the emerging market where the market is not yet saturated.
